Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

  • Define the job specifications of the required profiles;
  • Create a pool of possible candidates, using head-hunting strategies;
  • Manage interviews and do evaluation reports;
  • Develop the available tools for skills assessment and suggest new ones;
  • Explore new markets to grow our poll candidates;
  • Work closely with the HR Director to define the talent acquisition and employer branding strategy;
  • Participate in other relevant activities of people management.
Skills & experience

Skills & experience

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment;
  • Proven experience in leading IT interviews;
  • Good knowledge of the IT career market;
  • Knowledge of HR management tools;
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or similar;
  • Analytical mind with strong attention to detail;
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities;
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written;
  • Fluent in Spanish (nice to have).
