- 2+ years of experience and certification in SCRUM;
- Experience in organizing SCRUM ceremonies such as retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning, etc;
- Previous programming experience;
- Experience in interacting with development teams, product owners, etc;
- Knowledge of product backlog management (in partnership with the product owner and the development team);
- Good analytical and critical thinking, oriented to solutions and cause analysis;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience in mentoring and coaching;
- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- Fluent in English.
